Viet Nam 2000 restaurant was established in January of 2000 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, hence the name “2000”.

During a visit to our restaurant you will encounter delicious traditional Vietnamese cuisine with an astounding assortment of popular dishes ranging from spring rolls, delicious fresh salads, Pho, rice noodle bowls, to our delicious spicy beef noodle soup. Alibi magazine nominated our duck noodle soup as one of the best Vietnamese dishes in town. We are also very proud of our stir fried egg/rice noodle plate with veggies and meat, which was given a rating of four stars by the UNM Daily Lobo.

2000 offers many vegetarian dishes featuring vegetables collected from the best vegetable market in the city. There is also a large variety of delicious fruit shakes and fruit ice creams. Every one of our desserts is fresh, tasty, and affordable!
